Easter Trails in Bamburgh Castle

Enchanted trail seekers set of on their first Psychic trail to Bamburgh Castle which is set amongst the most beautiful of locations and stunning backdrops of the Northumbrian coast line. Historic and intriguing from offset.We were particularly excited about this visit being part of our first trail in which to leave our calling card, as we had both been here (although separately) before and had experienced strongly positive psychic energy.

Perhaps as psychics we should have been able to foretell how busy an Easter holiday weekend for visitors would be. I think with volume of people it was difficult for us to pick up on energy we were looking for so I feel sure we will return again. It almost became comical as we tried to anonymously leave our calling card as part of the intrigue and mystery of our psychic medium visit- every time we turned round the same man was behind us or had moved closer to us –perhaps he was being drawn to us (lol). That’s why it is difficult and why you have to be careful not to mix picking up past energies with present energies of combined people in a room.

Rose likes to explore energies by touch and likes to pick things up…not always ideal when treasured valuable heirlooms are involved as she is actually quite clumsy but seriously she can strongly feel past energies and often will go on to astound me by further by unfolding a story and developing imagery of the people associated with it.

Whilst I feel psychic energy and activity also on these trails it is my Camera that is important to me. I feel the energy in some places can draw me to photograph them and on our trails I will label some areas as HOT SPOTS for psychic energy from the past for me it is not always about seeing objects from past but where you feel the pasts presence the strongest.

At Bamburgh Castle I was particularly drawn from very start to Constable Tower which is immediately as you go in the entrance. As stairs twist around this building it appears they lead up to a heavy ornate wooded bolted door but after this the stone steps stop beyond, appearing to be barricaded by old rubble and weeds this is only seen from the overview of area above.The feeling here was overwhelming and I could see it being point of multiply heavy psychic feeling at some point. I wasn’t sure if the whole of the Constable gate tower was in fact original to Bamburgh as I felt such real mix of confused energies. This I thought I will have to research.

The original kitchen of the castle has a strange feel and in particular it features a door mid centre that I would be happy to be invited through to explore what was on other side but unfortunately its not part of access that is allowed. Next to it is a very interesting large oversized brown wooden chair which makes me feel slightly nauseous I certainly would feel very uncomfortable to sit on it. I even found it difficult to actually photograph in that room.The past was certainly present.

The surrounding beaches and long grassed dunes below the castle walls have so many previous footsteps and energy from the past it would be difficult to say that they were not vibrant all over in energy and colour. This is a marvellous place to visit for a day out the history and views alone are absorbing. I certainly would like to spend another day here perhaps the enchanted trail seekers will mysteriously revisit or indeed be invited back one day soon.
